B2B Sales Manager / Senior Manager (Specialty Oils & Lubricants) Location: Tamil Nadu Zonal Office (East / West / North / South) Experience Required: Manager: 7+ years in B2B industrial/institutional sales (oils, lubricants, chemicals). Sr. Manager: 8–11 years in large account & industrial sales with strong customer handling experience. We are looking for a hands-on, field-oriented B2B Sales professional to drive growth in specialty oils and lubricants across industrial and institutional clients. This role involves business development, key account management, and regional market expansion in sectors like Power, FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals, Polymers, and Automotive. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B industrial sales of specialty oils (Transformer Oils, White Oils, Liquid Paraffins, Lubricants). Build and manage strong relationships with industrial customers, government accounts, and distributors . Achieve monthly sales targets (Manager: 500 KL; Sr. Manager: 600–700 KL). Conduct market visits (18–21 days/month) to generate leads, manage accounts, and close deals. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and technical teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Provide market intelligence on competitor products and pricing. Ensure timely payment collection and credit management . Desired Skills & Competencies Proven B2B/Institutional sales experience (preferably in Oils, Lubricants, Chemicals, FMCG, or Pharma). Strong negotiation and client acquisition skills . Ability to manage high-volume industrial sales (bulk supplies, tankers, barrels). Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to extensive travel . Qualification Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Candidates with industrial/chemical sales background strongly preferred.
