Senior Manager- Safety

Job Description: As a Safety Manager in the organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. You will conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace. Additionally, you will lead the investigation of accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Your role will also involve providing safety training to employees at all levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-conscious culture. It will be essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve safety standards and prepare reports on safety performance for management review. Furthermore, you will act as a liaison with regulatory agencies on safety matters and mentor junior safety personnel to build a strong safety team. Qualifications Required: - Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred. - Minimum of 12-18 years of experience in safety management within the Power/Energy industry. - Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in safety management or relevant discipline preferred.,
