Senior Manager - Production (API)

As a Senior Manager - API Production at our company located in Panoli (Baroda), your role will involve handling a team size of 150 to 200 and overseeing the production capacity of a minimum of 50 Cr. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy with 17 to 19 years of work experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Production Planning and scheduling on a day-to-day basis - Ensuring availability of resources such as BMR, Raw Material, and Manpower by liaising with QC/QA/STORE/Eng. Dept. for troubleshooting - Implementing and monitoring GMP Standards - Introducing and scaling up technology transfer for new products - Monitoring and improving product processes, efficiency, and services - Handling documentation work, preparing monthly reports, analyzing process trends, and conducting root cause analysis - Planning the availability of consumable items and raw materials as per campaign basis - Ensuring proper documentation for process and cleaning/housekeeping activities - Managing fresh and recovered solvents/spent solvents and process waste transfer - Reviewing and revising BMR and SOP - Operating electronic systems like ONE HR portal, Metis Track wise, Minitab, Outlook, etc. - Conducting preventive maintenance of plant equipment within the specified time frame - Providing training to subordinates - Overseeing the extended facility of the reactor area Your role will also involve handling the production planning and scheduling on a day-to-day basis along with any other activities assigned from time to time. Your experience in handling QMS, capacity enhancement, solvent recovery, and API regulatory plant operations will be beneficial in this role.,
