We are looking for a Founder-Minded Performance Marketing Manager to completely own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and acquisition for a brand-new devotional app focused on a daily use case.
This is a true zero-to-one building journey with open problem statements. Your role will go far beyond campaign management you are expected to apply first-principles thinking to crack product-market fit from an acquisition standpoint. This demands mastery in paid marketing, extreme analytical depth, and the drive to collaborate across all functions (Product, Content, Category, Creative) to build a sustainable, scalable business line.
This is a high-impact position where you will be directly responsible for finding the initial wedge in the market and ensuring favorable LTV/CAC and payback periods from day one.
Key Responsibilities
1. Zero-to-One Strategy & First Principles -
Crack the GTM: Define, execute, and rapidly iterate on the core acquisition strategy required to launch and scale a new product in the market.

Problem-Solve with First Principles: Utilize strong first-principles thinking to define acquisition strategies, solve open problem statements, and build scalable frameworks where none currently exist.

Fast Experimentation: Identify market wedges and competitive advantages through rigorous, fast-paced experimentation on channels, targeting, and messaging.
2. Content-Led Acquisition & Experimentation

Own Content Strategy: Lead the acquisition funnel, which will largely be video content-led. You must be highly proficient in conceptualizing content experiments and translating them into high-performing creative briefs.

Platform Execution: Own and scale paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads (UAC/Search), and other emerging digital channels, ensuring full-funnel coverage from awareness to conversion.

Optimization: Drive systematic experimentation on creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages, and offers to constantly improve CPA and ROAS while scaling volume responsibly.
3. Business Ownership & Advanced Analytics

Financial Ownership: Take full ownership of the new app s commercial success, focusing relentlessly on revenue growth, CM1, CM2, LTV/CAC ratio, and payback periods.

App Funnel Optimization: Deeply analyze app funnels (install to subscription/microtransaction) using data to identify retention gaps, monetization opportunities, and optimize the overall user journey.

Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct sophisticated analyses to link performance marketing results directly with core business impact and sustainable margins.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership

Product & CRM: Partner closely with Product and CRM teams to optimize the user journey, improve retention flows, and maximize lifetime monetization.

Creative & Content: Experiment heavily with content and messaging to get clear answers on which content to scale budgets on.

Calendar Alignment: Work with category teams to plan campaigns around devotional calendars, festivals, and auspicious occasions.
Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in performance marketing.

Mindset: Demonstrated Entrepreneurial Ownership. Driven, high-quality problem-solver, and intensely outcome-oriented.

GTM & Fundamentals: Strong fundamental marketing knowledge.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset comfortable optimizing for LTV/CAC and payback. Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and dashboard tools is essential.

Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and campaign attribution.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Content.
Preferred Skills
Experience in scaling a new vertical from scratch or early-stage acquisition.
Comfort with P&L thinking and exposure to engagement led to monetisation.
Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Mixpanel,Metabase, GA4.
