As the Organisation Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and facilitating organisation design projects at Barclays. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with key stakeholders to develop proposals that enhance the organization's efficiency, effectiveness, and ways of working. These projects are integral to Barclays" 3-year transformation initiative to become Simpler, Better, and more Balanced. Joining a small centre of expertise, you will provide expert guidance to senior business leaders and HRBPs in various organization design components. Leveraging existing job banding, architectural frameworks, and methodology, you will optimize Barclays for performance and effectiveness. Your role will also involve driving the evolution of smarter and more agile working practices by analyzing internal and external insights. You will identify trends and opportunities for enhancing performance, ensuring Barclays remains at the forefront of organizational efficiency. Additionally, you will work on constructing appropriate governance models and enhancing ways of working. To excel as an Organisation Design Lead, you should demonstrate: - Proven track record in leading organization design projects in complex business environments - Extensive experience in managing large-scale strategic projects with tangible outcomes - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and challenging at all levels - Ability to translate complex business scenarios into actionable plans using compelling storytelling - Autonomy in work with minimal supervision - Advocacy for established methodologies and coaching team members - Preferable experience in project and change management methodologies In this role, you will be based in the London office and will be assessed on critical skills such as risk management, strategic thinking, and job-specific technical skills relevant to success. **Purpose of the role:** Your role will involve utilizing data and analytics to diagnose, develop, and implement strategies aimed at improving the overall effectiveness of the organization.
