Senior Manager Operations Microbiology

Job Description: As the leader of the Microbiological production facility, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, including quality, costs, P&L, market development, performance, employee engagement, and technical development. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strong leadership to ensure the efficient operation of the facility - Manage quality control measures to maintain high standards in production - Monitor costs and P&L to ensure profitability - Develop market strategies to expand the business - Drive performance improvements in all areas of operation - Foster employee engagement and promote a positive work culture - Support technical development initiatives to enhance production processes Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role - Experience in handling operations of medical devices is preferred - Background in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field - Education: Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience - Excellent communication skills and proven experience in leading teams of over 25 people,
