Job Description

Opening with a leading Insurance company for their office in Mumbai

Role: Senior Manager- Mobile Application

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Roles & Responsibility:

  • In-depth Technical lead capability of covering applications, data and
  • platforms
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers, designers, and testers,
  • fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Technical Oversight: Evaluate current technologies and ensure
  • applications meet the latest standards
  • Quality Assurance: Set and implement policies and procedures
  • related to application quality standards and testing
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project
  • documentation, plans, and reports
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize mobile app analytics tools to track
  • app performance and user engagement
  • Keep technology stack refreshed
  • Provide technical expertise in solving/troubleshooting performance &
  • other non-functional requirements
  • To maintain a healthy working relationship with the business users
  • and other members of the IT Team and vendor resources

Relevant Work-Exp:

  • 3-4 years of team lead experiences

    in design & development of

web/mobile apps

Angular/ReactJS or similar JS frameworks, React Native, NodeJS,

Java frameworks, AWS cloud, APIs, RDBMS(Oracle), NoSQL,

Mongo

  • 6 to 9 years of experience with hands-on Mobile application

development background
