Major Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination
Design & Technical Review
Execution & Site Management
Vendor & Contractor Management
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Risk, Cost & Quality Control
Leadership & Team Management

Key Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of MEP services: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, ELV
Familiarity with Indian and International Codes
Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
Communication and stakeholder management
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

7-12 years of experience in MEP project management (at least 4 years in a leadership role) PMP or equivalent certification (preferred) Prior experience in handling projects in Hyderabad is advantageous
