Senior Manager - Medical Affairs

As the Lead Medical Affairs Strategist for key products within assigned therapeutic areas, your role involves planning, preparing, and executing medical affairs strategies to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Your responsibilities include: - Collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Clinical Research to drive product and communication strategy - Providing insights and feedback to Clinical Research teams for new and ongoing trials and development programs - Offering key medical input to Regulatory and Research & Development teams on product-related and clinical relevance matters - Directing contribution to important Clinical Research Projects and driving publication of research work - Leading and participating in various medical symposiums/events and engaging in medical education platforms for Healthcare Professionals - Developing and presenting scientific communication with a focus on safety and product updates - Leading the design and delivery of training programs for Sales and Marketing teams - Interacting with external agencies to provide input on product development - Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, including regulatory requirements and product promotional codes - Identifying and recommending potential new products within key therapeutic areas Additionally, your role may include: - Engaging with digital medical education platforms and tools - Speaking at CMEs and medical seminars - Traveling as needed to support medical affairs initiatives and product launches - Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Russian for working in global markets - Commanding diverse medical subjects, especially in Critical Care, Gynecology, and Infertility Management To be successful in this role, you should have an MD (preferred) or MBBS, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You should possess a strategic mindset, scientific acumen, and strong communication skills.
