As the Lead Medical Affairs Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute medical affairs strategies for key products within assigned therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Clinical Research to drive product and communication strategies. Your insights and feedback will be vital for Clinical Research teams, contributing to new and ongoing clinical trials, development programs, and medical evaluations. Additionally, you will provide essential medical input to Regulatory teams on product-related matters and offer strategic directions for Research & Development projects. Your role will involve contributing to critical Clinical Research projects and driving the publication of research work and real-world evidence projects. Leading and participating in medical symposiums, CME activities, and expert meetings will be crucial for engaging with healthcare professionals and fostering physical-digital HCP ecosystems. Scientific communication development, focusing on safety-related topics and product updates, will be within your purview. You will also design and deliver training programs for Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring they are well-versed in new products and disease areas. Collaborating with external agencies to provide input on product development and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies will be essential aspects of your role. Identifying potential new products within key therapeutic areas, conducting robust medical evaluations, and presenting findings to leadership will be part of your responsibilities. Embracing digital medical education platforms, speaking at CMEs and medical seminars, and being open to travel as needed are additional responsibilities. Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Russian, along with broad medical knowledge in areas like Critical Care, Gynecology, and Infertility Management, will be advantageous for this role. To excel in this position, you should hold an MD (preferred) or MBBS degree, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A strategic mindset coupled with scientific acumen and strong communication skills are requisites for this role.,
