Job Description of Mechanical Design Managwr

Min Years of Experience: 10 to 15 Years (BE Mechanical) preferably in an Energy meter manufacturing Company.
Hands on Knowledge of Designing and Development of Mechanical parts.
Proficiency in developing 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Performing calculations for dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements.
Collaborating with engineers to refine designs and ensure feasibility.
Testing prototypes and making necessary modifications.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and materials.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
Knowledge of Moulding & stamping processes for plastic and metal components.
Ability to analyse product designs to determine the most optimum Mold structure for plastic parts.
Collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure Mold feasibility.
Testing and modifying Molds to optimize performance.
Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting Mold defects.
Basic Understanding of manufacturing techniques like injection Moulding & line balancing.
