As a Marketing Automation B2C Senior Manager (Sprinklr) at The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song Practice, you will be part of a team that provides transformation services to clients in the marketing, sales, and services functions. Your role will involve optimizing marketing, sales, and customer service strategy to drive cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction, and positive impacts on business metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the implementation and optimization of Sprinklr Marketing, utilizing AI-driven automation for campaign execution, content planning, and omnichannel engagement. - Integrate Sprinklr Social Listening with marketing platforms to create data-enriched campaigns that enhance personalization and engagement. - Analyze consumer sentiment using Sprinklr's AI-powered Social Listening and feed insights into marketing automation workflows for real-time campaign optimization. - Assess marketing performance across various channels and refine strategies using AI and predictive analytics. - Develop omnichannel campaign strategies that incorporate insights from social listening. - Advise clients on MarTech/AdTech stack optimization and ensure seamless integration for end-to-end campaign orchestration. - Design AI-driven customer engagement frameworks to trigger contextual marketing actions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to drive scalable and insight-driven marketing solutions. - Drive business development and thought leadership by shaping client proposals and identifying new opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Understanding of MarTech/AdTech Platforms and integrations - Strong knowledge of customer experience management and marketing automation - Cross-functional collaboration skills - Proficiency in campaign automation, content planning, Sprinklr marketing & Social Listening In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have at least 12 years of experience in digital marketing and delivering marketing solutions, particularly within industries like E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare, etc. You should also be proficient in implementing MarTech platforms, AdTech platforms, data visualization platforms, and cloud platforms. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other MarTech tools is essential, along with strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
