Position Name: Senior Manager-Maintenance

Job Type: Full Time

Role & Responsibility:

To have robust Preventive, predictive system in place & implementation & monitoring of the same to reduce down time.
Planning of Shift Manpower & Break Down Activities.
To have a TPM system implemented through – out the plant to improve MTBF (Mean time between failures) & OEE.
Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment’s.
BREAK DOWN % Vs Available Production HRS.
Compliance with Preventive Maintenance Target.
100 % Compliance to meet OHSAS/ IATF Requirement.
To improve’s poka-yoke’s & improve machine & process reliability helping in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
Provide support to process / project engineering in implementing new projects , improving process / machine capabilities & capacities.
To plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions.
