Role & Responsibility:
1. To have robust Preventive, predictive system in place & implementation & monitoring of the same to reduce down time.
2. Planning of Shift Manpower & Break Down Activities.
3. To have a TPM system implemented through – out the plant to improve MTBF (Mean time between failures) & OEE.
4. Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment’s.
5. BREAK DOWN % Vs Available Production HRS.
6. Compliance with Preventive Maintenance Target.
7. 100 % Compliance to meet OHSAS/ IATF Requirement.
8. To improve’s poka-yoke’s & improve machine & process reliability helping in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
9. Provide support to process / project engineering in implementing new projects , improving process / machine capabilities & capacities.
10. To plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions.
