Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications and wireframes.
• Work with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience.
• Coordinate with the technology team to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
• Liaise with compliance and legal teams to ensure all features meet industry regulations.
• Track and analyse product performance, user feedback, and platform analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the go-to-market planning, launch activities, and post-launch enhancements for new features.
• Stay updated on fintech trends, regulatory changes, and new features that can enhance the trading experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in capital markets, fintech, or trading platform companies.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from concept to launch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
