Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

To attend/supervise all jobs related to Engineering and projects at site.
Responsible for GMP compliance, as per procedures define and implementations of GXP practices.
To ensure the GDP and Data integrity in routine/daily activities/operations.
Preventive Maintenance of all the utility equipment.
Responsible for preventive and break down jobs of all equipments as per SOP and Good engineering practice.
Responsible for ensuring reliable and uninterrupted utilities to site operations.
Timely execution of all Preventive Maintenance of equipments/instruments as per schedule
Management of all Annual Maintenance of equipments/instruments as per schedule in coordination with user and vendor.
Ensure that all critical spares to be maintained for all process and utility equipments in site.
Authorize to review all documents related to engineering and plant.
Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of all process equipments.
Manage all in house projects related to mechanical, electrical, civil etc. in the site.
Authorize to review and approve all the documents including GMP and non-GM

Secondary Responsibilities:

Timely execution of Validation activities as per schedule in coordination with user and vendor
Timely execution of calibration of equipments/instruments as per schedule.
To support for GAMP, computer systems validation and 21 CFR Part 11.
