Role: Senior Accounts Executive Industry Type: Aviation Department: Finance & Accounting Employment Type: Full-Time (Contractual) Key Responsibilities : Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Review and approve invoices, verify payment details, and ensure timely processing of vendor and client transactions. Monitor cash flows, prepare forecasts, and ensure effective working capital management. Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow). Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations (TDS, GST, etc.), and company policies. Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits, and provide necessary schedules and explanations. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and MIS reports for strategic decision-making. Maintain strong internal controls and contribute to process improvements in financial operations. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: UG: B.Com in any specialization (mandatory) PG: MBA/PGDM in Finance / M.Com (preferred) Experience: 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the aviation or related industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, TDS, GST, and other tax compliances. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
