Job Description

As a Senior Key Account Manager at L'Oral"s Luxury Division, you will play a crucial role in driving the performance of the assigned channel to maximize sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of aligned joint business plan objectives. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6+ years of experience in key account management, particularly in Retail or other distribution-based businesses. E-commerce account management experience would be a valuable addition. The location of this job will be at our Head Office in Mumbai. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop the omni-channel retailer(s) and negotiate the Annual Joint-Business plan with them to achieve objectives such as sell-in, sell-out, market share, and brand profitability. - Define and implement Go-to-Market strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, media, supply chain, IT, Retail, Education, etc.). - Translate and execute the omni-trade marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs while tracking budget and commercial targets. - Analyze retailer(s) omni-performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities. - Collaborate closely with the digital & brand marketing team to optimize omni-marketing initiatives, results analysis, and campaign execution. - Monitor brand initiatives, sales trending, and action plans with the Omni-Retail Manager to ensure key checkpoints are met. - Build strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships with retailers. - Represent the retailer/internal client and coordinate all departments accordingly. - Monitor and achieve both sell-in and sell-out performance, analyze E-commerce key metrics, and drive insights. - Optimize GMV via e-store operations and digital touchpoints. - Plan, develop, and execute campaign proposals for retail partners. - Oversee orders processing and work closely with partners to control and minimize stock holding. - Collaborate with Marketing teams to enhance brands" visibility and drive sales performance. **Key Deliverables & KPIs:** - Deliver Top Line sell-out Targets - Meet Joint Business Plan Objectives (Sales Targets, Key Moments/Activations, Marcom Support/Investment) - Achieve Market Share Gain by Retailer - Plan and execute Omni Channel activations for retail and E-commerce platforms **Key Competencies:** - Analytical, proactive, and driven to optimize brands" online and offline performance via partners. - Agile and adaptable in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. - Experience in managing retail and E-commerce platforms. - Strong business acumen and a passion for success and winning. **Key Relationships:** - Channel Partners (Online and Offline) - Marketing Team - Finance & Control - Visual Merchandising & Retail Design team **Physical Demands:** - Travel will be need-based. **Education:** - Relevant experience/MBA Would you like to be a part of this exciting journey with L'Oral"s Luxury Division as a Senior Key Account Manager in Mumbai ,
