Role Overview: As a Senior Manager/Head - IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT Operations, Infrastructure, Network, Helpdesk, and Compliance. This critical leadership role requires both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to ensure smooth IT operations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Lead and manage IT Operations, Network, and Helpdesk teams. - Ensure system uptime, performance, and efficiency across all IT operations. - Implement and maintain IT security protocols as defined by the InfoSec team. - Manage the IT Helpdesk for timely and effective resolution of user issues. - Define and enforce IT policies and compliance with regulations and best practices. - Stay updated with emerging IT trends and recommend innovative solutions. - Manage IT budgets and resources efficiently. - Provide leadership with regular reports on IT operations, metrics, and initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless tech integration. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT (Masters preferred). - 15+ years of experience in senior IT roles, preferably in organizations with 1000+ users. - Strong track record in IT strategy, operations management, and compliance. - Hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, network security, and IT service management. - Proven experience in managing and mentoring IT teams. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
