We are seeking an experienced International Payments Manager to join our dynamic team and help us scale our cross-border payment solutions.

Role Overview:

The International Payments Manager will oversee the companys international payment operations, ensuring the seamless execution of cross-border transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of global payment networks, international regulations, and the fintech landscape. The ideal candidate will be an expert in international payments processing, with a passion for identifying new markets and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Payment Management:

Oversee and manage existing payments corridors & identify channels to smoothen the day-to-day operations of international payment flows.

Identify new corridors & markets for the cross border payments.

Optimize payment processes to reduce cost and enhance transaction speed.

2. Partner & Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with international payment providers, banks, and financial institutions to ensure reliable and cost-effective payment solutions.

Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party payment processors and service providers.

Continuously evaluate payment partners’ performance to ensure optimal service delivery.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, technology, and operations teams to drive improvements in payment platforms, systems, and user experience.

Provide input on product features and strategies to improve global payment acceptance and customer satisfaction.

Report key performance metrics and progress to senior leadership.

4. Strategy & Expansion:

Contribute to the company’s international expansion strategy by identifying new markets for payment services.

Research and assess new payment technologies and trends (such as blockchain, etc.) to maintain the company's competitive edge in international payments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ACI, ACAMS) is a plus.

• Experience:

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in managing international payments, preferably within fintech or financial services.

Strong understanding of global payment systems, international payment methods (e.g., SWIFT, ACH, SEPA), and cross-border transaction flows.

Experience working with international banks, payment providers, and other financial institutions.

• Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of global financial regulations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems quickly.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Extensive travel( domestic & international) is a pre-requisite
