Senior Manager, Internal Control

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing an annual management testing plan for internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) controls, anti-corruption financial controls, and group-wide controls. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely remediation of any identified gaps and maintain thorough documentation of key controls. Communicating potential risks and control weaknesses to senior management, preparing insightful audit reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvements will be essential parts of your role. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor a team of internal risk and control auditors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in internal or external audit, with a strong understanding of internal audit standards, risk management frameworks like COSO, and control methodologies. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in leading and managing audit teams, are crucial qualifications for this position.
