Job Description

  • Advise and guide team on managing sales to institutional clients, tracking, and following up onnew business leads
  • Advise and guide team on onboarding institutional clients including direct dealing with largeinvestors and getting business from distributors
  • Implement Sales strategy for the sales team, develop sales forecast, budget and manpowerplans and drive high performance in team with focus on identifying target clients with focus onmargins
  • Guide sales team in meeting revenue targets by monitoring sales metrics, analyzing salesdata and implementing strategies to improve sales performance
  • Lead, develop and build the sales team ensuring that sales targets are met, identify mentorkey talent and build succession plan
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams to build and modify sales strategy, wheneverrequired
  • Monitor and stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activities, including analyzingcustomer behavior and preferences and identifying new market opportunities
  • Enhance the channel by maintaining existing relationships and onboarding new clients,communicate effectively and demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs andknowledge of mutual fund market and products
