Job Description

As a Senior Brand Manager in Influencer Marketing, your role will involve leading brand relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of influencer-led campaigns. You will have end-to-end ownership of client accounts, from understanding brand objectives and creating influencer strategies to campaign execution, reporting, and retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior brand managers and associates to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for brand clients, building strong and lasting relationships. - Understand client objectives, marketing strategies, and business challenges to design tailored influencer marketing solutions. - Lead client presentations, strategy discussions, and performance reviews. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. - Work with Planning and Strategy teams to design impactful influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. - Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: influencer selection, briefing, content approvals, campaign monitoring, and post-campaign reporting. - Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results. - Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize for better ROI. - Mentor and guide a team of Brand Managers/Associates, providing direction, feedback, and training. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Planning, Pricing, Procurement, and Campaign Management) to ensure seamless delivery. - Encourage a high-performance, client-first culture within the team. - Drive account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Monitor account performance and proactively address risks to client satisfaction and revenue. - Support senior leadership in driving business growth through strong client partnerships. - Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and content innovations. - Share insights with clients and teams to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and competitive. - Proactively recommend new approaches to strengthen brand presence and campaign impact.,
