Senior Manager, Implementation

As the Senior Manager of Implementation at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in guiding new and existing Mid Market & Enterprise clients through their Benefits, IT, Talent, and Platform implementations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Hiring, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams to meet and exceed quarterly goals and targets, delivering high-quality implementation services to clients - Building, maintaining, and executing quarterly plans aligned with business objectives - Developing, monitoring, and managing key performance metrics - Using a data-driven approach to optimize scalable implementation strategies and processes for improved customer experience - Collaborating with senior leaders across Rippling to achieve organizational goals - Ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation to account management & customer support - Identifying and mitigating risks associated with implementation projects - Fostering a customer-centric culture and maximizing adoption of Rippling's products and services To excel in this role, you should have: - 10+ years of experience leading an Implementation or Customer Success team in a fast-paced environment, startup, or SaaS organization - Deep understanding of systems and operations with B2B or B2C products - Experience in hiring and managing a distributed team - Proven success in scaling teams and maintaining key performance metrics - A data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing performance - Strong leadership skills, a people-first attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning - Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups - A willingness to take on new challenges and a hands-on approach to initiatives - High integrity and a desire to contribute to a positive company culture Please note that this role requires working in the US Shift (EST/CST/PST).
