Senior Manager, IBP Supply Chain and Tech Operations

Role Overview: As a Senior Operations Engineer at PepsiCo, you will be a part of the Sustain & Operations team within the Digital Products and Application organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure optimal end-user experience by driving adoption and operational excellence of digital products across Europe market. You will handle a variety of technical procedures, perform initial diagnosis, triage issues, and work towards resolving root causes of problems. Additionally, you will expand existing product functionality, improve logging and monitoring, and create automation for compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform initial diagnosis, triage, and fix technical issues - Work with product owners to confirm product runbooks, monitoring/KPI dashboards, SLAs, and customer notifications procedures - Handle advanced troubleshooting and resolve root causes of problems - Expand product functionality and related automation/tooling/dashboards - Understand customer interactions with systems for accurate monitoring - Provide code reviews for SE peers and share best practices - Create AMS governance strategies based on service contract terms - Analyze application usage and incident rates to recommend cost-saving measures - Collaborate to achieve a unified set of SE procedures Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience as an Operations Engineer in Supply Chain/IBP areas - Familiarity and hands-on experience in O9 platform or IBP platforms - Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive resolutions - Working experience with ITSM tools like Service Now or Zendesk - Expertise in one or more software languages and design patterns - Ability to coach engineers and evaluate candidate skills independently Additional Company Details (if present): PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a global portfolio of diverse brands.
