Senior Manager, IBP Supply Chain and Tech Operations

As a Sr. Operations Engineer at PepsiCo, you will be a part of the Sustain & Operations team within the Digital Products and Application (DPA) organization. Your primary role will be to drive adoption and ensure operational excellence of digital products in the Europe market. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: Responsibilities: - Handle a variety of technical procedures, including diagnosis, triage, and issue resolution - Work with product owners to ensure product runbooks, monitoring dashboards, and SLAs are accurate - Conduct advanced troubleshooting and resolve root causes of problems - Enhance existing product functionality and automation tools - Understand customer interactions with systems for accurate monitoring - Provide code reviews and share best practices with SE peers - Develop AMS governance strategies and ensure application stability - Analyze application usage and incident rates for cost reduction recommendations - Collaborate with the team to establish unified SE procedures Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience as an Operations Engineer in Supply Chain/IBP areas - Familiarity with O9 platform or IBP platforms - Proficiency in troubleshooting and driving resolutions - Working experience with ITSM tools like Service Now or Zendesk - Expertise in software languages, design patterns, and code refactoring - Ability to coach engineers and evaluate candidate skills independently Additionally, the following competencies are required for this role: - Driving for Results - Decision Making - Collaborating - Communicating and Influencing - Motivating and Inspiring Others Technical Knowledge and Skills: - Strong understanding of ServiceNow, O9, and supply chain concepts - FMCG background is preferred Join PepsiCo's dynamic team and be a part of the digital transformation in the CPG industry!,
