Senior Manager - HCM Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and assessing complex problems within your area(s) of responsibility. Your role will involve creating solutions that require in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. You will participate in setting strategic directions and establishing near-term goals for your area(s) of responsibility, with interactions at senior management levels both within the organization and with clients.
