Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manages to achieve sales through government agencies.
  • Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • To handle the end-to-end sales process for the furniture market.
  • Good Knowledgeof local market Departments/PSUs/State-Central Government
  • To know about Government Contractor and basic knowledge of architects/furniture business
  • Managing sub-contractor and dealers for government business
  • To ensure government sales process/tendering process at the basic level.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B government sales in the Furniture, Furniture Hardware or building material industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
