Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Mumbai(Entire West) Experience Required: 8+ years Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must; knowledge of the regional language of the area covered is highly preferred Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferable. MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage. Additional certifications in healthcare product sales or hospital administration will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and business development of medical furniture products across assigned states. Work aggressively on the field, meeting clients, conducting demos, and understanding market dynamics. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with overall business goals. Establish strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers, and decision-makers. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met regionally. Lead ground-level execution and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales support. Manage budgets, travel extensively across the region and to other parts of India as required.
