Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at EC-Council, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing the global hiring strategy. Your role will involve owning and managing the global talent acquisition function, developing strategies aligned with business objectives, and leading regional TA teams to ensure high-quality hiring practices. You will also play a key role in executive and critical hiring, driving initiatives to strengthen the company's employer brand, and integrating inclusive hiring practices for building diverse pipelines globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and lead the global talent acquisition function, ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring practices across all geographies. - Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and future skills needs. - Manage, mentor, and grow regional TA teams and external recruiting partners. - Drive initiatives to strengthen the company's global employer brand and candidate experience. - Partner with senior leaders to manage executive-level and hard-to-fill roles. - Integrate inclusive hiring practices to build diverse pipelines globally. - Leverage talent analytics to measure success and continuously improve processes. - Establish scalable recruitment operations, tools, and technologies to support rapid, high-quality global hiring. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives on talent market trends and hiring best practices. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. - 12-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a global or multi-region leadership capacity. - Proven experience managing large-scale hiring programs across multiple regions. - Strong people leadership skills with demonstrated success in building high-performing teams. - Expertise in employer branding, talent sourcing strategies, and candidate experience. - Strong knowledge of talent acquisition technology, including ATS, CRM, and recruitment analytics tools. - Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
