Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Global Service Desk at our Bengaluru office, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery operations across multiple geographies. Your primary focus will be to ensure that contractual obligations are met, drive efficiency, standardization, and continual improvement initiatives. You will lead global teams, manage P&L responsibilities, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing Service Desk operations globally to ensure SLA and KPI achievement. You will drive service improvements, automation, and the adoption of new tools and technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing headcount, expenses, and commercial responsibilities across various locations. In case of complex issues, you will act as the point of escalation to ensure business continuity. Building strong relationships with leadership, service management, and customers will be crucial. Furthermore, you will lead and mentor Operations Managers to promote a culture of service excellence and support contract renewals, service integration, and global delivery initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Full-time Bachelor's degree and have at least 14 years of IT operations experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing Service Desk teams. Your experience should also include managing multi-location/global service desks, SLAs, and P&Ls. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in driving standardization, compliance, and continual improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong people leadership and coaching abilities, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You should be able to influence multi-tier management and effectively communicate complex issues.
