Senior Manager, Global Network Operations Center

Role Overview: As the senior manager of the network operations team in India at Oracle, you will be responsible for leading a team of network engineers who support the 24x7 network operations of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure. Your role will involve monitoring and managing the physical network infrastructure across all data centers and regions to ensure high service availability, meet business needs, service level agreements (SLAs), and maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead a team of highly skilled network operations engineers - Ensure network infrastructure operational health and high service availability to meet business needs and customer satisfaction - Develop, implement, and refine network operations procedures, standards, and policies - Implement incident and problem management procedures to align with best practices - Coordinate with other engineering areas and stakeholders on technology deployments and upgrades - Implement a NOC performance measurement framework for team feedback and scoring - Analyze capacity reports and performance metrics for process improvement - Encourage communication of new ideas, solutions, and suggestions - Participate in continuous learning and professional development Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in delivering and operating large-scale production network environments - 5-10 years of experience in an engineering and operations management role - Experience in technical leadership and management - Experience in driving hiring, onboarding, and performance management - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills - Experience working with large data sets for analytical decisions - Judgment in influencing product roadmap direction and priorities - Project planning, tracking, and execution skills - Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Hardware Engineering, or related field Additional Details: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, utilizing cutting-edge technology to address current challenges.
