We are looking for a high-ownership gifting leader to build and scale the gifting business across all major channels — B2B Corporate Gifting, Birthday Return Gifting, Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, D2C & Retail.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & P&L Ownership

• Lead gifting business across marketplace, D2C, quick commerce & retail
• Drive revenue, profitability & repeat gifting business

Product & Merchandising

• Create gifting-specific bundles, curated packs & personalization opportunities

B2B Gifting Sales

• Build corporate + institutional gifting pipeline

(schools, RWAs, agencies, event companies)

Quick Commerce & Marketplace Gifting

• Optimize gifting SKUs, bundles & visibility in Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart

D2C Gifting

• Improve conversion through gifting journeys, festive stores & CRO inputs

Retail & Modern Trade

• Scale gifting presence in offline stores with strong assortments

Campaigns & Growth

• Own gifting calendar (Festivals, Birthdays, Back to School etc.)
• Partner with brand & performance teams for sales-driving campaigns

Reporting & Insights

• Track margins, demand trends, inventory & selling speed

Ideal Candidate

✔ 5–8+ years experience in e-commerce / B2B / gifting / category growth
✔ Strong commercial & negotiation skills✔ Data-driven, fast-paced, ownership-first mindset✔ Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, category & supply chain
