Job Description

As a Manager for one of our independent franchise bottlers at Superior Group, your role will involve managing the volume for the Company in markets with unique characteristics and challenges. You will be responsible for crafting a long-term vision and working on tactics to collaborate with Bottler teams and BU functional leads to deploy the strategy. Your key responsibilities will include articulating the business strategy clearly, aligning multiple stakeholders, managing the P&L of the geography for the system and OU, achieving volume and market share objectives, and managing Bottler brand mix to leverage brand preference and deliver market share objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for P&L of the geography for the system and the OU - Achieve volume and market share objectives as per BP - Manage Bottler brand mix to leverage brand preference and deliver market share objectives - Coordinate the development of Annual BP for the bottlers, aligned with the vision of the BU and track execution of the same - Set up, track, and manage Bottler DME/DFR budgets - Recommend overall brand / price / pack / channel plans for the franchise - Ensure distribution capability efficiencies, outlet execution, and expansion benchmarks are met - Lead action in building Bottler functions such as Market Execution, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR - Manage market dynamics and Market intelligence as a build-in on the initiatives Qualifications Required: - MBA from a reputed institute - 8-12 years of work experience in FMCG/Beverage industry in managing Sales operations at a regional level In this role, you will need to possess skills such as Influencing for Results, Strategic Negotiation & Stakeholder Alignment, Communicate with Impact, Business Integration Acumen, Value Chain Economics, Revenue Growth Management, Business Planning Excellence, Market Dynamics & Consumer Insight, Execution Excellence, and Channel Management Expertise. Success in this role will require a growth mindset with high learning agility, strong collaborative leadership, ability to navigate ambiguity, and drive structured outcomes in a complex ecosystem, and a passion for building high-performance teams and scalable business models. Please note that the Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage for this role is 15, indicating performance at target level.,
