Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with

  910 years

  experience

  OR

  CMA

  with

  14–15 years

  experience.

• 7–8+ years of core FP&A experience

  within an

  IT / IT services organization

  (software development services preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience in

  financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range (3–4 year) projections

  .
• Proven expertise in

  management reporting

  including

  consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Working Capital statements

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Revenue Assurance

  and

  monthly book close

  under

  IFRS / Ind AS / US GAAP

  .
• Experience preparing

  entity-wise, LOB-wise, and consolidated financial statements

  .
• Ability to prepare

  annual report financial sections

  (performance analysis, trend charts, commentary) for

  listed companies

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  MS Excel

  ,

  PowerPoint

  , and working knowledge of

  Power BI

  for dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Strong capability in

  variance analysis

  (Budget vs Actual vs Forecast) with clear articulation of business drivers.
• Experience in

  financial modeling, scenario analysis, and simulations

  to support strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated exposure to

  cost analysis and cost optimization initiatives

• 3–4 years of people management experience

• Comfortable working with
