Senior Manager- Finance & Taxation

The Senior Manager Finance & Taxation position based in Gurgaon requires 8 to 10 years of experience in finance and taxation. As a Senior Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the financial closure process, ensuring GST and income tax compliance, managing audits, and providing support for ERP system implementation within a listed company environment. Your key responsibilities will include conducting GST reconciliations, preparing and filing Tax Audit Reports and Income Tax Returns, acting as the finance liaison for the Company Secretarial team, maintaining the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring timely monthly closure of accounts, leading financial statement preparation, coordinating external audits, and actively participating in ERP implementation. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of Ind AS, GST Laws, and the Income Tax Act. Experience in handling audits, regulatory filings, and financial statement preparation is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, are also required. Additionally, being a Chartered Accountant is a prerequisite for this position. In terms of behavioral competencies, you should demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective stakeholder engagement. A deadline-oriented, analytical, and detail-focused approach is crucial for success in this role.
