Senior Manager- Finance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Management Reporting & Analysis in the PPS Finance department at Piramal Pharma Solutions. Your key stakeholders will include internal teams such as the Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors, as well as external teams like the Site Finance teams and Corporate finance team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review Management reports for PPS, tracking variances compared with Budget and Previous year, providing reasons for deviation and action plans for improvement. - Review PPS Balance Sheet, derive key accounting ratios, analyze Legal entity cash flow, capital expenditure spent, and reasons for major variances. - Analyze monthly site MIS for variance in actual numbers compared to Budget and Previous year. - Collaborate with Site Finance Team for any required support in their activities. - Prepare and review Line of sight for PPS and analyze variances compared to budget. - Track Debt and Interest Cost monthly at Site and Business level. - Engage in Budget, planning, and analysis activities related to PPS for P&L, Balance Sheet, Capex, Cash Flow. - Act as the SPOC for all Corporate Function related matters, providing support on projects, advice, analysis, budgets, and audits. - Liaise with Site Finance team and cross-functional teams for special projects and one-time analysis as needed. - Work on distribution of Common allocable cost across various site/business under PPS Business and other PPL Businesses. - Drive continuous automation improvements for monthly preparation and consolidation of MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting at PPS level and Site/Business level. - Maintain business intelligence reports, identify areas for improvement/automation, and develop new reports for stakeholders. - Assist in the preparation of Long-range plans for PPS Business. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all sites, troubleshooting and problem-solving for various matters.
