Senior Manager - Finance - International Business

As the Associate Director Finance (International Business) at Mosaic Wellness, you will be instrumental in driving the finance charter across multiple countries with maturity, precision, and a strong growth mindset. Your strategic role involves managing financial structures across geographies, ensuring compliance, and enabling expansion through robust processes, governance, and reporting. You will play a critical role in shaping Mosaic's international finance function by combining hands-on execution with long-term strategic thinking. Your responsibilities will include overseeing finance operations and governance for global expansion, such as ESOP structuring and policies, managing core finance activities like inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and group structuring, as well as building legal and financial structures for international operations to ensure compliant and efficient expansion. You will also be responsible for ensuring statutory, direct, and indirect tax compliance across geographies and evolving regulatory landscapes. Furthermore, you will be tasked with overseeing cash flow planning, managing foreign exchange exposure and currency risks, and liaising with local banks and financial institutions for treasury operations. You will also play a key role in setting up scalable systems, policies, and internal controls to manage multi-entity and cross-border financial operations, implementing robust risk management frameworks, and laying the groundwork for automation and digitization of international finance processes. To excel in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-10 years of experience, having proven experience in senior finance roles in high-growth startups or a Big 4 audit background transitioning into operating roles. Critical skills required for this role include having an eye for detail, strong analytical acumen, the ability to lead in ambiguity, hands-on leadership, a strong understanding of international accounting standards, and excellent communication skills.
