Job Description

Assisting partners & directors in representation of direct-tax appeals before CIT(A), DRP and ITAT;

- Undertake preparation and review of appeals, written submissions, paper-books and memos in relation to appeal matters;

- Stay updated on recent tax developments and case-laws relevant for the matters;

Colloborate and co-ordinate with clients (BU teams), for strategising the litigation matters

Qualification

- A qualified chartered accountant

Experience

- Post qualification experience of atleast 7 years in direct-tax services including Transfer pricing and International taxation including litigation and representation before tax authorities.
