Responsible for delivery of quality products to end customers, resource optimisation, work environment, and execution of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibility & Key Task 1 Execution Planning. Planning for resources & facilities in conjunction with Factory Head, to meet the business objectives in terms of SQPDCME. Driving plant initiatives such as TQM deployment, and WCQ sustenance as per the Plant roadmap. Production management Review & monitor the production requirement & delivery as per the plan with optimal cost manufacturing. Review & monitor the production of the critical models / critical requirement. Adherence to the Launch of new models as per project timelines. Quality Management - Review the product/process quality as per the set quality parameters, ensuring customer satisfaction by producing the right product at the first time in the right quality & quantity. 4 Cost Management - Review and monitor the Cost parameters of the factory. 5 Employee Involvement & capability building Capability Building of employees Ensure regular communication with the team to align with organizational Objectives. Education B Tech BE( Electrical/Electronics) Work Experience 8 – 12 Yrs. of experience in Auto Manufacturing. Experience / Exposure To EV Manufacturing Will Be Preferred.
