Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

As a Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management at MCXCCL in Mumbai, you will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework. Your role will involve: - Implementation of ERM Framework, including reviewing Risk Management Policy & Procedures, updating Risk Registers, and tracking Incident Tracking and Key Risk Indicators. - Ensuring compliance with applicable SEBI circulars and regulations. - Tracking of Action Taken Reports (ATRs), leading continual improvement initiatives, and interacting with user departments to identify risks and control environments. - Assessing risks by preparing a summary of observations based on process walk-through. - Proposing risk treatment plans to the Risk Officer & respective HOD. - Conducting periodic reviews of the control environment to identify new risks. Qualification Profile: - MBA/CFA/FRM Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience with a good understanding of commodity/financial risk management functions. Additional Requirements: - Versatile knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills.
