Manager Java Developer

As a Manager Java Developer at MCXCCL, you will play a crucial role in managing and owning end-to-end technical deliveries of applications. Your primary responsibility will be to act as an interface between business analysts and developers to develop detailed technical specifications and document them effectively. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology Infrastructure and software development, you will be expected to demonstrate technical expertise in JAVA/Spring-based applications, architecture design, and development & support. Your role will involve leading application development services, including coding, build, testing, and deployment while ensuring zero technical glitches in production application systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for IT/Infrastructure-related requirements and collaborating with various teams such as IT Security, Networking, and Software Development to meet operational and strategic technology needs. Your experience in the SDLC lifecycle and coordination with business stakeholders for UAT completion will be crucial for the role. Furthermore, your role will involve evaluating and implementing industry best practices, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Experience in DevSecOps for managing CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of IT/Technology audits, and ensuring compliance with key updates will be essential aspects of your responsibilities.
