Role Overview:

Senior Manager Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end

  mobile app product development

  , including planning, prioritization, execution, and rollout.
• Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and development roadmaps.
• Continuously monitor app performance, user engagement, and feature adoption to guide iterative improvements.
• Lead sprint planning, product backlog grooming, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Identify customer pain points and deliver product features that drive engagement and value.
• Manage relationships with external vendors or development partners
• Ensure alignment of app features with backend systems and overall business strategy.
  

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of total experience, with strong exposure to mobile app product development and product management.
• Proven track record of managing full product lifecycle for Android and/or iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of app architecture, development frameworks, and release cycles.
• Experience working in consumer-focused digital platforms or retail/ecommerce apps is preferred
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals effectively.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline; additional certifications in product management are a plus.
