As an E-Commerce Business Associate, you will play a crucial role in streamlining all e-commerce activities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing online portals and accounts for clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your key objectives will be to maintain long-term consumer relationships, coordinate promotional offers, and organize e-commerce activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage online portals and e-commerce accounts for clients - Respond to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders - Assist customers with product selection and provide relevant product information - Understand client problems and ensure prompt resolution by providing additional information or escalating the issue - Take accountability and responsibility for assigned work Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work collaboratively with other departments - Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Build strong client relations Preferred Education: - Any Graduate or Post Graduate (BE/BBA/MBA) Please note that this full-time position requires you to work from our head office located in Indore.
