Senior Manager - Digital Marketing & Branding

We are seeking an exceptional, self-driven Senior Manager Digital Marketing & Branding to lead and scale our end-to-end digital marketing function.

You will oversee multiple teams and be responsible for branding, lead generation, performance marketing, automation, content, analytics, and more. You should bring passion, ownership, and a zeal for excellence to help elevate our market presence and digital narrative.

Role & responsibilities

• 8 - 12 years of total experience, with at least 4+ years in digital marketing leadership roles.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing operations and multi-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital behaviour.
• Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Canva, ChatGPT, CRM, and automation tools.

Digital Marketing Channels & Tools

• SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, local)
• PPC/SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Retargeting)
• Social Media Marketing (organic & paid on Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
• Email Marketing & Automation (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
• Video Marketing (YouTube, live streaming, explainer videos)
• Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
• E-commerce Marketing & Marketplace Campaigns
• Mobile & App Store Marketing
• Voice and Visual Search Optimization

Technology & Analytics

• Google Analytics, GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar
• Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.)
• Martech stack management and integration
• CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive)

Advanced Digital Capabilities

• AI in marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, predictive analytics)
