Demonstrates expertise in advanced machine learning, statistical modelling and optimisation techniques. Example - Competent in DS techniques - examples of technical showcases or knowledge sharing
Takes ownership of end-to-end data science initiatives/deliverables/tasks and can independently design and implement complex algorithms. Example - Able to share links to created project management/
Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights. Demonstrates thought leadership in innovative and impactful data science solutions. Example - Confluence
Leading and training experience in utalisation of relevant data science platforms e.g. Databricks, Anaconda
Experience leading and training others to enable the organisation to systematically and efficiently deliver data-driven insights and solutions
7+ years Data Science experience
2+ years Project Management experience
1+ years managing/mentoring junior Data Scientists
