Role Overview: You will be leading the Data Migration Practice at FIS, playing a crucial role in developing a Plug-n-Play Data migration platform to provide world-class, scalable Data Migration & Integration solutions across multiple FIS platforms for global customers. Your responsibilities will include defining the strategy, engaging with senior leadership, driving talent strategy, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency and value for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Data Migration & Integration Group, providing guidance to build scalable plug-n-play Data Platforms - Define and drive the strategy & vision for the Plug-n-Play Data platform, ensuring stable and scalable solutions - Liaise with internal and external clients to understand Data requirements and explain FIS's Data offerings - Collaborate with PS, Solution Management & Sales on potential Data opportunities, engage in demos, and provide inputs to RFPs - Regularly connect with PS leadership for project updates, pipeline opportunities, and risk management - Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for Data migration tools support and collaborate with Tech. CoE on Data Platform strategy - Ensure timely and budgeted delivery of all Data Platform programs, manage risks effectively, and oversee Program governance - Track the commercials of DMI engagements and ensure delivery within agreed budget - Drive talent development, retention, and upskilling initiatives for the team Qualifications Required: - Strong technical skills in ETL processes, SQL, Database Management, Data Analysis, and Programming Languages - Experience in Cloud Computing, data loading capabilities in cloud, and working with Data Migration tools - Leadership and management skills in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Communication - Analytical and Problem-Solving skills in Data Quality, Governance, and addressing technical challenges - Adaptability to stay updated with latest trends and technologies in data migration, integration, and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements Additional Details: FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information.
