Senior ManagerThis role is responsible for the Business Development & Transaction Execution Support in a local market. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination during the transaction process.

About the Role:

Develop/manage client relationships for effective understanding and leverage of client requirements
Meet developers & landowners to generate new supply of land.
Prepare Information Memorandums, cashflows for ongoing transactions.

About You:

4-5 years of experience of working in Real Estate industry,. Ideally with a developer or any IPC
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good understanding of working on MS Office, Excel, presentations
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
