You will be a part of Times One, a full-service marketing agency known for its conventional and new-age marketing solutions. Your role will involve leading the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual campaigns across various platforms such as ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential. You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and guiding junior team members to deliver compelling creatives. Ensuring brand consistency across all creative assets while pushing visual boundaries to keep the brand fresh and relevant will be crucial. You will collaborate with different teams to develop integrated campaign ideas aligned with brand positioning and consumer insights. Your oversight will extend to the end-to-end visual development of marketing collateral, maintaining high design standards, and supervising art production processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams and external vendors to co-create campaign concepts and bring them to life. Staying updated with global design trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations will be essential. You will present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, interpreting client briefs into actionable design directions. As part of the role, you will manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality, ensuring efficient delivery by allocating and tracking resources effectively. Key skills and competencies required include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in fine arts, design, advertising, or a related field, along with 8-12 years of experience in creative roles. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, a convincing portfolio, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives are essential. You should possess excellent communication, presentation, team leadership, and mentorship abilities, with experience in digital-first and integrated campaign creation.
