Senior Manager Corporate Finance

As a Finance Professional at Samanvay Hospital, your role will involve managing financial operations, budgeting, auditing, and ensuring compliance with regulations in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, preparing budgets, overseeing billing cycles, handling audits, and optimizing financial performance. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in supporting strategic decisions and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations. - Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies. - Oversee billing cycles, insurance claims, and patient accounting. - Handle internal and external audits and ensure timely reporting. - Monitor revenue cycle management and optimize financial performance. - Support strategic decisions by analyzing financial data and performance indicators. - Liaise with vendors, statutory authorities, and internal departments for financial matters. - Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances are met. - Drive process improvements and automation in the finance function. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, hospital billing practices, and statutory compliance. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or hospital ERP systems). - Immediate joiner or able to join within short notice. Preferred Qualities: - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ethics and integrity. - Experience with NABH/NABL audited hospitals is an added advantage.
